The University of North Alabama (abbreviated UNA) is a coeducational university located in Florence, Alabama, and the state's oldest four-year public university. UNA is home to about 7,100 students and has a student-teacher ratio of 23:1 and an average class size of 25. All classes at UNA are taught by University faculty members, not graduate assistants.
